What Happens When You Reach Out

1. Confidential conversation. We ask about your symptoms, history, and goals.
2. Free insurance verification. We confirm your PHP and IOP benefits and explain your deductible, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket maximum.
3. Clinical assessment. Clinical Director Dr. Shannon Dobbs, a licensed clinical psychologist, helps determine whether PHP, IOP, or another level of care fits.
4. Individualized plan. If you enroll, your plan is built around your history and reviewed as you progress.

To speed things up, have ready: your insurance card or member ID, the name and date of birth of the person seeking care, and a general sense of current symptoms and past treatment.
